How to delete your account

1. Open the PdfSpeaks app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to the library screen menu and choose Delete account.
3. Confirm the deletion request inside the app.
4. If you cannot access the app, email support@pdfspeaks.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request and include the email address used in your PdfSpeaks account.

What is deleted

• • Your PdfSpeaks account profile and associated sign-in identifiers.
• • Your uploaded PDF and EPUB files.
• • Generated audiobook assets associated with your account.
• • Your library metadata, playback progress, and listening position linked to the account.
• • Other personal data stored only to provide the PdfSpeaks service to your account.

What may be retained

• • Billing, subscription, charge, refund, and tax records when retention is required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.
• • Limited security logs and abuse-prevention records needed to protect the service and comply with legal obligations.

Retention period

Account deletion requests are processed as soon as reasonably possible. Data that must be retained for legal, tax, accounting, chargeback, or security purposes may be kept only for the period required to satisfy those obligations and then deleted or anonymized.

Other privacy requests

• • Access the personal data associated with your account
• • Correct inaccurate account information
• • Export your account-related data
• • Request deletion of some or all personal data, when applicable

Send an email to support@pdfspeaks.com using the subject line Privacy Request.

Important notes

• • We may ask for verification before completing a sensitive request.
• • If your subscription was purchased through Apple or Google, cancellation must be managed through the same platform.
• • Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription.
